Almeida Morgan Real Estate was born out of frustration with the property buying process and dealing with agencies in Portugal.

It is typically a slow, confusing and bureaucratic process where only experience, know-how and pro-active effort ensure it goes smoothly, swiftly and without surprises.

Alex (Irish), a Property Investor with a background in Business & Finance, joined forces with Miguel (Portuguese), a local Real Estate Agent with a background in Promoting & Public Relations for VIPs in Switzerland. 

We came to the conclusion that Real Estate agencies charge a high commission but provide very little value to justify the cost. The communication is often poor, the process is frustrating and slow, and clients have to constantly chase agents to get updates. 

At Almeida Morgan Real Estate, we put the client first and listen to their needs so that they are in the driver's seat. 

We walk our clients through the process so they understand what happens and when. We believe in making things happen, not waiting for things to happen.

In most cases, our clients are foreign, first-time buyers so we offer the full concierge treatement so that everything is taken care before, during and after. We are always available to assist and point you in the right direction.

We have also partnered with experienced local Architects, Lawyers and Accoutants to ensure that everything is checked and nothing is left to chance so that our clients have a full and clear picture to make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
